what we look for
We don’t believe in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach and Riversands Incubation Hub is not the right place for every type of business. We receive a large volume of applications and our units are quickly filled. This means that we are always evaluating businesses against our published selection criteria. We are not a commercial landlord – we do our best to invest our subsidised square metres in businesses likely to give the best return on investment.

In keeping with the sophisticated Malaza’s effortless style, Timeless Opulence offers that special touch of class on offering customers a unique experience.
If the aim of an incubation programme is to grow a business, then Riversands Incubation Hub deserves acknowledgement for the support provided to Moloi & Co Accountants – one of the first businesses on the campus when it opened in 2014 – because it grew substantially in the four years it was on the campus.
Originally from Diepsloot, entrepreneur accountant Bigbrain Moloi took full advantage of the formal premises, which represented a significant upgrade from his previous office in the township. Clients immediately realised that it was easy to visit the new office and as occupation on the campus increased, so too did Moloi & Co. Accountants’ client base, with many SMEs choosing the company to take care of their accounting and tax requirements.
