Who is Riversands not suitable for?
Retail businesses

Riversands is closer to an office park rather than a shopping centre. We don’t have the foot traffic required to sustain a retail business.

Heavy manufacturing

Our spaces are geared for light manufacturing – we won’t be suitable for every type of manufacturing business
