When Theophilus Netshivhodza established Khavho Consulting back in 2008, the focus of the business was on providing HR development and statutory compliance services to enable clients to improve team performance and efficiency. This emphasis naturally evolved to include BEE advisory services, which now constitute the bulk of the consulting delivered by the business.
“We develop BEE strategies for our clients once they have stated their goals in terms of the BEE level they seek to achieve. Khavho Consulting’s focus is on operationalising those strategies; this allows them to achieve meaningful, sustainable transformation. Since we are privy to confidential information, we foster strong relationships with our clients and most new assignments are direct referrals from satisfied clients,” commented Netshivhodza.
The company’s turnover doubled between 2016 and 2018 and the numbers are looking good for the current financial year. “In 2018, we obtained accreditation to deliver training and we see considerable growth potential for the business in this area.”
Khavho Consulting clients are principally from the mining, construction and financial sectors. The BEE programmes designed, implemented and managed by the company smooth the way for valid, relevant and predictable BEE scorecards.
